End User License Agreement for EZDictionary

This is a legal End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") between you (hereinafter "User") and author (hereinafter "Licensor") for EZDictionary (hereinafter "Software").

This Software is a freeware; User is allowed to use this Software at no cost.

By downloading, copying, installing and using this Software, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA, otherwise User need to delete this Software from User?s computer or network in whatever form it exists. All rights relating to this Software that are not expressly licensed in this EULA, whether now existing or which may hereafter come into existence are reserved for Licensor. This license shall terminate immediately upon any violation by User.

Restrictions and Prohibitions:

User may not rent, lease, sell or sub-license this Software to any third party. User may not emulate, clone, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, transfer, derive the source code of, or create derivative works from this Software, from the documentation, from the distribution form or from any portion of this Software. User may not use this Software to engage in or allow others to engage in any illegal activity.

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

Distribution:

User is allowed to distribute this Software with the permission of Licensor. This distribution must be non-commercial.

Warranties and Liability:

This Software is supplied entirely "as is" and all use is at User?s own risk. User is offered to use this Software free of charge and Licensor makes no warranties to User in connection with this license, including but not limited to any express or implied warranties. Licensor made no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking to any User. User has relied upon its own skill and judgment in acquiring this Software.

Under no circumstances shall Licensor be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any loss of data, any loss of information, any loss of profits, interruption to business or consequential damages, whether Licensor has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

This Software is owned by Licensor and is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other national and international laws. Licensor reserves the right to modify or amend this EULA at any time and for any reason, in their sole discretion, without notice.
